Join EMBCA, in association with, New York American Hellenic Institute and AHEPA Delphi Chapter 25 in the hosting the announcement of the Hellenic American Project at Queens College.

Dr. Nikolas Alexiou, and other prominent guests will discuss the Hellenic American Project (an expansion of  the previously announced Oral History Project), other archival initiatives between Queens College Library and the National Library of the Hellenic Republic.

Presentation by:

Dr. Nikolas Alexiou – Sociology Professor at Queens College on the Oral History Project.

George Tselos – Supervisory Archivist and Head of Reference Services of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island on Ellis Island and its Records.

Dr. Alexander Kitoeff, Histroy Professor Haverford College, on “The World They Left Behind – The Rural Greece of the Emigrants to America, 1890s-1920s”.

Event Host: Lou Katsos, President EMBCA / President AHI New York / Director of Hellenism AHEPA District 6.
