Gerkis our moderator is a partner in Proskauer Rose LLP an international law firm , where he specializes in sophisticated U.S. and global mergers & acquisitions, capital markets , media , and real estate-related transactions. He has represented a wide variety of financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies and growth companies and currently focuses on matters for clients in the technology, media and real estate industries. He is a frequent presenter at both business and legal conferences, and has authored various articles relevant to his practice areas.
Nathan Stevenson-
Nathan Stevenson is the CEO, Founder of Forwardlane Inc – supercharging financial services professionals with personalized insights for their clients. He is a frequent speaker on AI in wealth and asset management at Yale, MIT, InVest NYC, Euromoney Global Private Banking conference, CFA Institute – AI in Wealth Management, Institutional Investor roundtable, featured by FORBES, World Economic Forum, American Banker and more. Joyce Shen is an Investment Director and Operating Partner of Tenfore Holdings and a business leader, venture capitalist, board director, and educator with broad and extensive experience in enterprise technology and data industries. She focuses on commercializing and scaling emerging businesses and innovation for startups and global companies. She is also a published author, public speaker, and entrepreneur. Her recent books include From Talking to Doing: A Short Guide to Corporate Innovation Success and The Promises and Limitations of Blockchain.
Sotirios G. Stergiopoulos MD-
Dr. Sotirios G. Stergiopoulos is a Physician Executive with leading expertise in the field of pharmaceutical biotechnology especially in Oncology. He is the President and CEO of A2A Pharmaceuticals and maintains a seat on the Board of Directors. He has held the position as Founder and Chairman of the Board since 2016. Dr. Stergiopoulos is a Director on the Board of Directors of Ricovr Healthcare. His previous experience includes Chief Medical Officer and SVP and Head of Global Medical Affairs at Ipsen and leading roles in Oncology R&D in companies such as Bayer, Celgene and Novartis.
